Một khu đất tại Đồng Nai theo kế hoạch sẽ đấu giá trong tháng 12/2025.
Theo kế hoạch, trong tháng 12, trung tâm sẽ tiếp tục đưa ra đấu giá 6 khu đất lớn. Nếu thành công, tổng số thu có thể vượt mục tiêu 21.000 tỷ đồng đặt ra trong năm 2025.
Một số khu đất sắp đưa ra đấu giá đáng chú ý là:
Khu hơn 51ha tại Khu công nghiệp Biên Hòa 1 được quy hoạch khu thương mại dịch vụ đô thị.
Khu gần 2ha tại khu vực mũi tàu (cây xăng Hãng Dầu) làm chung cư hỗn hợp cao tầng.
Khu 4,6ha tại chợ đầu mối nông sản Dầu Giây để mở rộng hoạt động thương mại - dịch vụ.
Dự án Khu phức hợp đô thị sinh thái và công viên chuyên đề tại xã Phước An, diện tích khoảng 102ha.
Khu đất thu hồi của Công ty CP Đồng Tiến hơn 2,7ha tại phường Tam Hiệp
Khu đất thu hồi của Công ty CP Tập đoàn Tân Mai khoảng 14ha cũng tại phường Trấn Biên.
Ông Lê Thanh Điền, Phó Giám đốc Trung tâm Phát triển quỹ đất tỉnh Đồng Nai cho rằng, việc đấu giá thành công các khu đất không chỉ mang lại nguồn thu trước mắt cho ngân sách mà còn tạo hiệu ứng lan tỏa, khi các dự án nhà ở, công nghiệp, dịch vụ được triển khai sẽ tạo thêm nhiều việc làm, thúc đẩy tăng trưởng và tạo nguồn thu bền vững cho địa phương.
Tại cuộc họp giao ban ngành Tài chính ngày 21/10, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai Võ Tấn Đức đã giao Trung tâm Phát triển quỹ đất tỉnh phấn đấu thu đạt tối thiểu hơn 14.300 tỷ đồng từ đấu giá quyền sử dụng đất trong năm 2025.
Trước đó, ngày 2/10, Trung tâm Phát triển quỹ đất tỉnh Đồng Nai tổ chức đấu giá 2 khu đất có tổng diện tích hơn 110ha tại xã Bình An, ngay cửa ngõ sân bay Long Thành.
Trong đó, một khu đất có diện tích rộng hơn 77ha, được quy hoạch làm trung tâm thương mại, dịch vụ và dân cư. Hiện trạng là đất trống, khu đất không bố trí quỹ đất nhà ở xã hội. Giá khởi điểm khu đất này là hơn 4.700 tỷ đồng, khách hàng trúng đấu giá lô đất này có giá trị gần 4.900 tỷ đồng.
Khu đất còn lại rộng hơn 35ha, được quy hoạch làm khu dân cư. Giá khởi điểm khu đất này là hơn 1.700 tỷ đồng, khách hàng trúng đấu giá lô đất này có giá trị hơn 1.800 tỷ đồng.
Tổng giá trị 2 khu đất đấu giá thành công đợt này là khoảng 6.700 tỷ đồng.
Ngoài ra, Trung tâm Phát triển quỹ đất tỉnh cũng đấu giá thành công lô đất diện tích gần 500m2 tại phường Tam Hiệp, khách hàng trúng đấu giá lô đất này có giá trị hơn 34 tỷ đồng.

Thông tin mới nhất về việc đầu tư nâng cấp Quốc lộ 51 nối TP.HCM với Đồng Nai
Quốc lộ 51 là tuyến đường huyết mạch, đi qua nhiều khu công nghiệp, cảng biển nên có lưu lượng phương tiện lưu thông lớn. Trước mắt, TP.HCM và Đồng Nai sẽ xem xét, đề xuất cải tạo, sửa chữa tuyến quốc lộ này để phục vụ lưu thông, đảm bảo an toàn giao thông. Về lâu dài, hai địa phương cho rằng cần một phương án đầu tư đồng bộ và hiệu quả hơn cho toàn tuyến.
Tin vui cho người dân Đồng Nai: Được xây công trình trên đất nông nghiệp, tối đa 500m2
Tỉnh Đồng Nai vừa có quyết định cho phép xây dựng công trình phục vụ sản xuất ngay trên đất nông nghiệp mà không cần chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất. Tùy diện tích thửa đất, người dân được xây từ 50m2 đến tối đa 500m2, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi trong việc đầu tư hạ tầng phục vụ trực tiếp sản xuất nông nghiệp.
