Theo đó, nhà đầu tư trúng thầu là Liên danh Tập đoàn Geleximco - Công ty CP (GELEXIMCO) và Công ty Cổ phần Glexhomes (GLEXHOMES) và Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Phúc Lộc (PLG) và Tổng Công ty Xây dựng Công trình giao thông 8 - CTCP (CIENCO 8).
Dự án Khu đô thị - Du lịch - Văn hoá - Thể thao hồ Phú Hoà được triển khai tại phường Quy Nhơn Bắc, phường Quy Nhơn Nam và phường Quy Nhơn, tỉnh Gia Lai.
Mục tiêu dự án là góp phần hoàn thành mục tiêu Chương trình phát triển nhà ở của tỉnh giai đoạn 2020-2035 và Kế hoạch phát triển nhà ở giai đoạn 2020 - 2025 đã được UBND tỉnh phê duyệt.
Cụ thể hoá đồ án điều chỉnh Quy hoạch phân khu tỷ lệ 1/2000 Khu đô thị - du lịch - văn hoá - thể thao hồ Phú Hoà đã được UBND tỉnh phê duyệt.
Hình thành một khu đô thị đồng bộ, hiện đại với đầy đủ các chức năng cho du lịch, văn hoá và thể thao bao gồm: Các công trình nhà ở thấp tầng, nhà ở chung cư thương mại, nhà ở xã hội, hạ tầng xã hội (công cộng đô thị, công cộng đơn vị ở, y tế, giáo dục, văn hoá thể dục thể thao, dịch vụ, dịch vụ du lịch, công viên cây xanh sử dụng công cộng,…) hạ tầng kỹ thuật (bãi đỗ xe, đường giao thông,…) nhằm phục vụ nhu cầu sống, sinh hoạt và giải trí cho người dân, hướng tới mục tiêu phát triển khu đô thị hiện đại, bền vững.
Đầu tư xây dựng Khu đô thị - Du lịch - Văn hoá - Thể thao hồ Phú Hoà với quy mô khoảng 279,70 ha, có nhà ở đồng bộ hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật, hạ tầng xã hội, bao gồm các hạng mục công trình sau: Đất nhóm nhà ở; đất công trình hạ tầng xã hội; đất công trình dịch vụ, dịch vụ du lịch; đất công viên cây xanh sử dụng công cộng;…
Tổng vốn đầu tư của dự án hơn 21.954 tỷ đồng, tiến độ thực hiện từ quý 2/2025 đến quý 4/2040.
Trong đó, giai đoạn 1 (Từ quý 2/2025 - quý 2/2028): Thực hiện các thủ tục lựa chọn nhà đầu tư; thực hiện giải phóng mặt bằng; hoàn thành các thủ tục về đất đai; lập thủ tục hồ sơ pháp lý liên quan đến hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật, đầu tư xây dựng một phần hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật (trong đó phải ưu tiên hoàn thành đầu tư xây dựng hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật của khu đất nhà ở xã hội).
Giai đoạn 2 (từ quý 3/2028 - quý 4/2040): Tiếp tục giải phóng mặt bằng (nếu có); đầu tư xây dựng hoàn chỉnh hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật; thực hiện các thủ tục đầu tư xây dựng, triển khai đầu tư xây dựng hoàn thành các công trình nhà ở, công trình hạ tầng xã hội, công trình thương mại - dịch vụ, dịch vụ du lịch,... hoàn thành, bàn giao dự án đưa vào sử dụng.
