Dự án Bệnh viện Đa khoa quy mô 700 giường của tỉnh Nam Định chính thức được đưa vào sử dụng sáng 25/6
Được xây dựng trên diện tích hơn 9,2 ha tại Khu đô thị Mỹ Trung (TP Nam Định), bệnh viện tọa lạc ngay mặt tiền Quốc lộ 10 – tuyến giao thông huyết mạch nối Nam Định với Thái Bình.
Công trình có tổng mức đầu tư hơn 1.755 tỷ đồng, gồm 6 khối nhà hiện đại cao từ 1 đến 11 tầng, được thiết kế hợp khối, đồng bộ theo tiêu chuẩn bệnh viện hạng I. Toàn bộ các khoa, phòng đều được trang bị hệ thống y tế tiên tiến, phục vụ hiệu quả nhu cầu khám chữa bệnh chất lượng cao cho người dân trong và ngoài tỉnh.
Ban đầu, dự án được khởi công từ năm 2007 với mục tiêu trở thành bệnh viện trung tâm vùng.
Tuy nhiên, sau khi xây xong phần thô, công trình bị “đứng bánh” suốt gần một thập kỷ. Đến năm 2019, Thủ tướng Chính phủ chấp thuận điều chỉnh dự án về quy mô tỉnh, mở đường cho kế hoạch tái khởi động. Sau rà soát, kiểm định chất lượng phần xây dựng cũ và hoàn thiện thủ tục đầu tư mới, công trình chính thức được “hồi sinh” từ năm 2020.
Theo Ban Quản lý dự án đầu tư xây dựng tỉnh Nam Định, quá trình thi công giai đoạn 2 diễn ra trong điều kiện hết sức phức tạp khi vừa phải cải tạo, vừa xây mới trên nền móng cũ, lại chịu ảnh hưởng kéo dài của đại dịch Covid-19.
Dù vậy, bằng nỗ lực của cả hệ thống chính trị, dự án đã hoàn thành ngay trước khi Nam Định sáp nhập với Thái Bình thành tỉnh mới theo chủ trương của Trung ương.
Bệnh viện nghìn tỷ ở Nam Định sắp hoạt động sau hàng chục năm thi công
Sau gần 18 năm kể từ ngày khởi công, dự án Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Nam Định đang bước vào giai đoạn hoàn thiện cuối cùng, với khối lượng thi công đạt 99%. Dự kiến, công trình sẽ chính thức khánh thành và đưa vào sử dụng trong tháng 6/2025.

Tổ hợp thép xanh của Tập đoàn Xuân Thiện tại Nam Định có tổng mức đầu tư gần 100.000 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, nhà máy thép xanh số 1 - quy mô 285ha, công suất 7,5 triệu tấn/năm vừa được cấp Giấy phép xây dựng. Với vốn đầu tư lên tới 88.000 tỷ đồng, đây là dự án lớn nhất trong tổ hợp này.
