Đồng Nai thúc tiến độ giải phóng mặt bằng cao tốc Gia Nghĩa - Chơn Thành
Về tiến độ cụ thể, tính đến ngày 21/10, công tác ban hành thông báo thu hồi đất đạt 99,2%; kiểm đếm đạt 98,1%; xác định nguồn gốc đất, các chi nhánh đã chuyển hồ sơ xét duyệt trên 60% nhưng mới xét được 44,6% theo kế hoạch. Toàn dự án hiện đang đạt 32,7% mặt bằng bàn giao.
Trong khi đó, theo cam kết từ trước, đến cuối tháng 10, dự án cao tốc Gia Nghĩa - Chơn Thành sẽ phải đạt được mức bàn giao 60% mặt bằng.
Theo Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai, tiến độ các phần việc vẫn đang chậm so với kế hoạch. Hiện tại mới giải phóng mặt bằng được hơn 32,7% trong khi cuối tháng 10 phải đạt 60% của dự án, cuối tháng 11 là 90% và cuối tháng 12 cơ bản hoàn thành. Do đó, đòi hỏi các bộ phận, cơ quan, địa phương liên quan hết sức nỗ lực.
Lãnh đạo tỉnh Đồng Nai đặc biệt lưu ý, các đơn vị không được chậm tiến độ đã cam kết về công tác giải phóng mặt bằng, nếu chậm phải chịu trách nhiệm. Đồng thời yêu cầu phải tạo “luồng xanh” trong giải phóng mặt bằng và phản ứng nhanh khi nhận được hỏi đáp, thắc mắc.
Trong giải phóng mặt bằng phải xác định phương án vận động vẫn là chủ đạo và phải kiên trì. Cần phân loại, nhận diện những trường hợp khó khăn để có giải pháp tháo gỡ.
Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai cho biết trong thời gian tới, Đồng Nai còn rất nhiều dự án hạ tầng trọng điểm của quốc gia, do đó, tỉnh muốn lấy kết quả, hiệu quả kinh nghiệm từ dự án cao tốc Gia Nghĩa - Chơn Thành làm điểm để nhân rộng ra các dự án tiếp theo.
Cao tốc Gia Nghĩa - Chơn Thành có tổng chiều dài toàn tuyến hơn 128km, được quy hoạch với quy mô 6 làn xe, vận tốc thiết kế 120km/h với tổng mức đầu từ khoảng 25.500 tỷ đồng. Trong giai đoạn đầu, dự án được đầu tư với quy mô 4 làn xe cao tốc hoàn chỉnh, bề rộng nền đường 24,75m. Riêng đoạn qua Đồng Xoài rộng 25,5m (mở rộng dải phân cách giữa để bố trí hệ thống điện chiếu sáng).
Cao tốc Gia Nghĩa - Chơn Thành được chia làm 5 dự án thành phần, gồm: dự án thành phần 1 - thi công đường cao tốc Gia Nghĩa - Chơn Thành; dự án thành phần 2 và 3 - đầu tư xây dựng đường gom, cầu vượt ngang; dự án thành phần 4 và 5 - bồi thường, hỗ trợ, tái định cư.
Trước đó, ngày 19/8, tỉnh Đồng Nai đã tổ chức lễ khởi công dự án thành phần 1 cao tốc Gia Nghĩa - Chơn Thành, tổng mức đầu tư gần 20.000 tỷ đồng, mục tiêu hoàn thành và đưa vào sử dụng năm 2027.

Lãnh đạo tỉnh Đồng Nai yêu cầu thu hồi đất cao su để làm dự án đường cao tốc Bắc - Nam phía Tây, đoạn Gia Nghĩa - Chơn Thành phải thực hiện nhanh và đồng loạt, mục tiêu hoàn thành trước Tết Nguyên đán năm 2026.

Dự án cao tốc Gia Nghĩa - Chơn Thành được quy hoạch với quy mô 6 làn xe, vận tốc thiết kế 120 km/h. Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai vừa trực tiếp kiểm tra công tác giải phóng mặt bằng dự án nhằm tháo gỡ vướng mắc, đẩy nhanh tiến độ thực hiện.
