Ngân hàng TMCP Việt Nam Thịnh Vượng - VPBank (mã: VPB) - vừa công bố danh sách cổ đông sở hữu từ 1% vốn điều lệ trở lên, cập nhật đến ngày 20/8.
Đáng chú ý, danh sách mới nhất đã xuất hiện thêm một cổ đông tổ chức là Tianhong Vietnamese Market Equity Launched QDII Fund. Quỹ đầu tư này hiện nắm giữ hơn 91 triệu cổ phiếu VPB, tương đương 1,14% vốn điều lệ của ngân hàng.
Theo Bloomberg, Tianhong Vietnamese Market Equity Launched QDII Fund là quỹ mở, được thành lập tại Trung Quốc. Quỹ này được quản lý chủ động và theo dõi chỉ số VN30 Index.
Tianhong Vietnamese Market Equity Launched QDII Fund đang phân bổ gần 80% tổng tài sản vào cổ phiếu, ít nhất 80% tài sản phi tiền mặt vào cổ phiếu liên quan đến Việt Nam và chứng chỉ lưu ký cũng như ít nhất 5% tài sản vào tiền mặt và trái phiếu Chính phủ.
Cùng với Tianhong Vietnamese Market Equity Launched QDII Fund, danh sách cổ đông nắm trên 1% vốn mới nhất của VPBank cũng xuất hiện một cổ đông tổ chức khác là Composite Capital Master Fund LP đang nắm hơn 135 triệu cổ phiếu VPB, tương ứng 1,7% vốn ngân hàng.
