Sẽ đầu tư nhiều dự án nhà ở mới trong năm 2023
Ngày 30/6 vừa qua, Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Khánh Hòa đã công bố công khai kế hoạch phát triển nhà ở năm 2023 vừa được UBND tỉnh phê duyệt. Theo kế hoạch, năm 2023 tỉnh cần đầu tư xây dựng khoảng 2,5 triệu m2 sàn nhà ở tương ứng 32.743 căn.
Trong đó, dự kiến tăng 8.892 căn nhà ở thương mại, khoảng 14.464 căn nhà ở xã hội, 497 căn nhà ở tái định cư và khoảng 8.890 căn nhà ở do hộ gia đình, cá nhân tự xây dựng.
Để đạt được mục tiêu nói trên, tỉnh Khánh Hòa cần nguồn vốn khoảng 19.815 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, nhà ở thương mại cần khoảng 7.358 tỷ đồng; nhà ở xã hội cần khoảng 3.719 tỷ đồng;…
Kế hoạch vừa được phê duyệt cũng cho biết vị trí, khu vực phát triển nhà ở, số lượng dự án cần đầu tư xây dựng nhà ở thương mại trên địa bàn tỉnh. Đây là các dự án được UBND các huyện, thị xã, thành phố đề xuất và nguồn tổng hợp của đơn vị tư vấn.
Cụ thể, thành phố Nha Trang có 98 dự án gồm, đầu tư phát triển đảo Hòn Tre quy mô 3.405 tỷ đồng; khu dân cư Phúc Sinh quy mô 1.299 tỷ đồng; khu đô thị Đồi Đất Lành quy mô 8.717 tỷ đồng; khu đô thị thương mại dịch vụ Phượng Hoàng quy mô 2.993 tỷ đồng; khu dân cư đô thị sinh thái Phú Quý (khu đô thị biển An Viên) quy mô 1.400 tỷ đồng;…
Tại thành phố Cam Ranh có 18 dự án gồm, khu đô thị ven vịnh Cam Ranh – khu 1, khu 2, khu 3; khu dân cư dọc đường số 2; khu dân cư Phú Lộc; khu đô thị đường Lê Duẩn; khu đô thị mới Cam Nghĩa; khu đô thị mới Cam Ranh, phường Cam Nghĩa;…
Tại thị xã Ninh Hòa có 31 dự án gồm, khu dịch vụ đô thị và dân cư Đông Bắc Ninh Hòa; khu dân cư Ninh Thủy; khu dân cư Ninh Long; khu dân cư phường Ninh Hiệp; khu nhà ở thương mại Vincom Ninh Hòa;…
Tương tự, tại huyện Cam Lâm có 3 dự án; huyện Vạn Ninh có 17 dự án; huyện Diên Khánh có 17 dự án; huyện Khánh Vĩnh có 11 dự án; huyện Khánh Sơn có 6 dự án.
