Chị Thùy Linh, môi giới bất động sản ở Thủ Đức cũng cho biết, từ đầu năm đến nay chị không có nổi một giao dịch. Thu nhập giảm mạnh khiến chị phải làm thêm nhiều việc khác để trang trải cuộc sống.
Trong khi đó, nhiều đồng nghiệp khác đã nghỉ chuyển việc khác, hoặc về quê do nhiều tháng liền không có thu nhập. Chị Linh vẫn cố gắng bám trụ vì tin rằng khi thị trường phục hồi trở lại sẽ có nhiều cơ hội hơn.
Để phá băng cho thị trường bất động sản, Chính phủ đã và đang có nhiều chính sách như tháo gỡ vướng mắc pháp lý cho các dự án bất động sản, điều chỉnh lãi suất, các gói vay hỗ trợ phát triển nhà ở xã hội…
Trên thị trường các doanh nghiệp cũng bắt đầu hoạt động trở lại với kế hoạch mở bán dự án mới … Tuy nhiên, theo các chuyên gia bất động sản, để thị trường bất động sản thực sự tan bằng và hồi phục cần nhiều thời gian hơn.
Chuyên gia kinh tế Đinh Thế Hiển cho rằng, thị trường bất động sản khó có sự phục hồi sớm từ nay đến cuối năm 2023. Đến năm 2024, nếu tình hình kinh tế có sự phục hồi, xuất khẩu ổn định và nền kinh tế thị trường nội địa thuận lợi thì bất động sản sẽ tan băng.
Tuy nhiên, sự phục hồi của thị trường bất động sản chưa đồng bộ mà chỉ xảy ra ở những khu vực đông dân cư, nơi có đầu tư khai thác tốt.
