Khởi công khu công nghiệp hơn 165ha tại Vĩnh Phúc

Dự án được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt chủ trương tại Quyết định số 229/QĐ-TTg ngày 23/2/2021 và được Ủy ban Nhân dân tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc phê duyệt thành lập tại Quyết định số 600/QĐ-UBND ngày 11/3/2021.

Khu công nghiệp Sông Lô II được xây dựng tại xã Đồng Thịnh, huyện Sông Lô với tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 1.500 tỉ đồng, định hướng trở thành khu công nghiệp kiểu mẫu, có hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật đồng bộ, nhà máy xử lý nước thải sử dụng công nghệ hiện đại và hệ thống điện mặt trời giúp tiết kiệm điện năng.

Đây là khu công nghiệp tập trung đa ngành; trong đó ưu tiên thu hút dự án ở các lĩnh vực gồm: cơ khí; sản xuất, lắp ráp ôtô, xe máy; sản xuất linh kiện, thiết bị cơ khí chính xác; sản xuất linh kiện điện tử, thiết bị điện dân dụng; sản xuất vật liệu xây dựng cao cấp, sản phẩm nhựa...

Được biết, ngoài dự án trên, chủ đầu tư đang thực hiện nhiều dự án khác như Khu công nghiệp Khai Quang, Vĩnh Phúc (221,46ha), Khu công nghiệp Châu Sơn, Hà Nam (171,6ha), Cụm công nghiệp Hồng Đức, Hải Dương (75ha) và góp vốn đầu tư vào các khu công nghiệp Đồng Văn 3, tỉnh Hà Nam; Hoa Sen Du Long thuộc tỉnh Ninh Thuận...

Theo Vietnam Business Forum, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc được Thủ tướng Chính phủ chấp thuận quy hoạch 19 khu công nghiệp với tổng diện tích là 5.487,31ha. Đến nay, đã có 16 khu công nghiệp được thành lập với tổng vốn đầu tư đăng ký hơn 15.548 tỉ đồng và 9 khu công nghiệp đã đi vào hoạt động như KCN Khai Quang (221,46ha); KCN Bình Xuyên (286,98ha); KCN Kim Hoa (50ha); KCN Bá Thiện (325,75ha); KCN Bình Xuyên II - giai đoạn 1 (42,21ha); KCN Bá Thiện II (308,83ha); KCN Tam Dương II- khu A (135,17ha); KCN Sơn Lôi (257,35ha); KCN Thăng Long Vĩnh Phúc (213ha)…
