Đề xuất phương án sáp nhập một số huyện, xã trên địa bàn tỉnh Lâm Đồng

Theo đó, giai đoạn 2023 – 2025 Sở Nội vụ tỉnh Lâm Đồng đề xuất nhập toàn bộ diện tích tự nhiên, dân số của 3 huyện Đạ Huoai Đạ Tẻh và Cát Tiên thành 1 huyện và lấy tên là huyện Đạ Huoai.

Sau khi sắp xếp, sáp nhập, điều chỉnh địa giới hành chính, huyện Đạ Huoai mới có diện tích tự nhiên 1.448,48 km2 (đạt 170,4% so với tiêu chuẩn) và dân số 146.064 người.

Sở Nội vụ cũng đề xuất trung tâm hành chính huyện sau sắp xếp đặt tại trung tâm hành chính huyện Đạ Tẻh hiện nay.

Cũng trong giai đoạn 2023-2025, Sở Nội vụ tỉnh Lâm Đồng đề xuất nhập toàn bộ diện tích tự nhiên, dân số của xã Triệu Hải vào xã Quảng Trị thành 1 xã, lấy tên là xã Quảng Trị. Sau khi sắp xếp, xã Quảng Trị mới có diện tích tự nhiên 86,51 km2 (đạt 173,02% so với tiêu chuẩn) và dân số 6.380 người (đạt 127,6% so với tiêu chuẩn).

Sở Nội vụ cũng thống nhất với đề xuất của huyện Đơn Dương về việc nhập toàn bộ diện tích tự nhiên, dân số của xã Quảng Lập vào xã Pró thành 1 xã mới. Sau khi sắp xếp, đơn vị hành chính xã mới có diện tích tự nhiên 97,63 km2 (đạt 195,26% so với tiêu chuẩn) và dân số 14.177 người (đạt 283,54% so với tiêu chuẩn).

Sở Nội vụ tỉnh Lâm Đồng cho biết, sau khi nhập huyện Lạc Dương vào thành phố Đà Lạt thì đơn vị hành chính thành phố Đà Lạt mới có diện tích tự nhiên là 1.705.09 km2 và dân số là 293.649 người.

Để có đủ cơ sở lập Đề án sáp nhập đơn vị hành chính huyện Lạc Dương vào thành phố Đà Lạt cần thực hiện đầy đủ các nội dung có liên quan.

Về điều chỉnh một số xã của huyện Bảo Lâm vào thành phố Bảo Lộc để mở rộng không gian đô thị, Sở Nội vụ cho rằng, sau khi điều chỉnh 5 xã của huyện Bảo Lâm (xã Lộc An, xã Lộc Tân, xã Lộc Thành, xã Lộc Nam và xã Tân Lạc) vào thành phố Bảo Lộc thì huyện Bảo Lâm còn 1.098,18 km2, quy mô dân số 71.613 người.

Sau khi mở rộng không gian đô thị, thành phố Bảo Lộc sẽ có 16 đơn vị hành chính cấp xã. Hiện nay, thành phố Bảo Lộc có 6 phường. Theo quy định thì số phường cần phải đạt tối thiểu là 11 phường, do vậy cần phải đầu tư, nâng cấp tối thiểu 5 đơn vị hành chính cấp xã thành phường để đạt tỷ lệ từ 65% số phường theo quy định.

Chưa hết, Sở Nội vụ tỉnh Lâm Đồng cũng đã đề xuất phương án sắp xếp các đơn vị hành chính cấp xã giai đoạn 2026-2030.
