Hà Nội “khai tử” tổ hợp công viên giải trí 3ha tại Tây Hồ

Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư TP.Hà Nội vừa có quyết định số 231, ngày 5.6, chấm dứt hoạt động của dự án đầu tư "Tổ hợp công viên vui chơi giải trí và phụ trợ tại số 151, 153 phố Yên Phụ, quận Tây Hồ, TP.Hà Nội".

Lý do chấm dứt hoạt động dự án là do nhà đầu tư không được tiếp tục sử dụng địa điểm đầu tư và không thực hiện thủ tục điều chỉnh địa điểm đầu tư trong thời hạn 6 tháng kể từ ngày không được tiếp tục sử dụng địa điểm đầu tư.

Được biết, Dự án "Tổ hợp công viên vui chơi giải trí và phụ trợ tại số 151, 153 phố Yên Phụ, quận Tây Hồ, TP.Hà Nội" có quyết định chủ trương đầu tư của UBND TP Hà Nội vào ngày 16.6.2018, nhà đầu tư là Công ty TNHH Đầu tư và Phát triển dịch vụ vui chơi giải trí Hà Nội.

Theo Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư TP Hà Nội, lý do chấm dứt hoạt động dự án là do nhà đầu tư không được tiếp tục sử dụng địa điểm đầu tư và không thực hiện thủ tục điều chỉnh địa điểm đầu tư trong Theo Quyết định 231 của Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư TP Hà Nội, nhà đầu tư dự án có trách nhiệm hoàn thành các thủ tục thanh lý dự án đầu tư và thực hiện nghĩa vụ của nhà đầu tư theo quy định của pháp luật.

Khu vực Yên Phụ (quận Tây Hồ, TP Hà Nội) được đánh giá là khu vực có vị trí đắc địa bậc nhất hiện nay, nằm cạnh hồ Tây, cách không xa trung tâm Hà Nội và gần các khách sạn nổi tiếng như Sheraton, Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake. Tuy nhiên, lô đất tại 151 – 153 Yên Phụ đã bị bỏ hoang nhiều năm nay.
