Phối cảnh Dự án Nhà ở xã hội cao tầng Vĩnh Hưng
UBND TP. Hà Nội vừa có quyết định chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư dự án nhà ở xã hội cao tầng Vĩnh Hưng tại số 4-6-8 phố Vĩnh Hưng, phường Thanh Trì, quận Hoàng Mai.
Dự án được thực hiện với quy mô sử dụng đất khoảng 4.516 m2 thuộc ô quy hoạch F1/HH6 theo Quy hoạch phân khu đô thị H2-4 đã được UBND TP. Hà Nội phê duyệt tại Quyết định số 6499 ngày 27.11.2015 để xây dựng công trình nhà ở xã hội cao tầng. Theo đó, mật độ xây dựng khối đế khoảng 66%, khối tháp khoảng 60%, tầng cao khoảng 31 tầng với quy mô dân số tối đa khoảng 1.154 người.
Dự kiến, vốn đầu tư của dự án Nhà ở xã hội cao tầng Vĩnh Hưng khoảng 1.183,4 tỉ đồng, trong đó vốn góp của nhà đầu tư khoảng 256,7 tỉ đồng, chiếm 21,69% tổng vốn đầu tư, còn lại là vốn vay và vốn huy động hợp pháp khác, chiếm 78,31% tổng vốn đầu tư.
Dự án có tổng cộng 2.000 căn hộ, mỗi căn hộ có từ 1 đến 3 phòng ngủ, diện tích tối thiểu mỗi căn 25m2, tối đa 70m2.
Dự án dự kiến hoàn thành vào quý 4.2025.
Trong quyết định chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư đồng thời chấp thuận nhà đầu tư, UBND TP. Hà Nội đã quyết định chấp thuận nhà đầu tư Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư kinh doanh bất động sản và thương mại Vĩnh Hưng và Công ty TNHH Hòa Bình cùng hợp tác đầu tư thực hiện dự án Nhà ở xã hội cao tầng Vĩnh Hưng.
Theo UBND TP Hà Nội, trong giai đoạn 2021 – 2025, trên địa bàn sẽ có 22 dự án nhà ở xã hội hoàn thành. Để hoàn thành mục tiêu này, thành phố đang khẩn trương hoàn thiện thủ tục chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư.
Gần đây, một dự án nhà ở xã hội tại xã Kim Hoa, Mê Linh đã chính thức khởi công xây dựng. Những dự án này hoàn thành dự kiến hoàn thành vào năm 2024, sẽ cung ứng ra thị trường tổng cộng 720 căn hộ.
