LDG Sky có tên pháp lý là Dự án khu chung cư lô C1, tọa lạc tại Khu đô thị mới Bình Nguyên, phường Đông Hòa, TP.HCM.

Theo ban lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp, việc chuyển nhượng dự án nằm trong kế hoạch tái cơ cấu nguồn vốn, quỹ đất và danh mục đầu tư, qua đó giúp công ty chủ động hơn về dòng tiền trong giai đoạn sắp tới.

Dự án LDG Sky do LDG Group làm chủ đầu tư, có quy mô hơn 18.000 m2, gồm 5 khối căn hộ cao 29 tầng với gần 1.700 căn hộ cao cấp. Tại thời điểm hiện tại, dự án đã hoàn thành xây dựng phần móng và các thủ tục pháp lý liên quan.

Dự án LDG Sky

Hiện LDG Group vẫn sở hữu quỹ đất và dự án lớn tại nhiều địa phương như TP.HCM, Đà Nẵng, Đồng Nai và Cần Thơ. Đáng chú ý là các dự án như: khu phức hợp Bãi Bụt rộng 29 ha ven biển Đà Nẵng với tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 8.000 tỷ đồng; hai dự án căn hộ tại trục Võ Văn Kiệt – An Dương Vương (khu vực quận 8 cũ) có tổng giá trị hơn 2.000 tỷ đồng; khu đô thị Diamond Valley rộng 19 ha tại Đồng Nai; cùng khu đô thị thông minh Thành Đô ở Cần Thơ.

Trong quý 3/2025, Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư LDG ghi nhận doanh thu 121,54 tỷ đồng, cải thiện mạnh so với mức âm 25,19 tỷ đồng cùng kỳ năm trước. Nhờ đó, doanh nghiệp lãi sau thuế 107,83 tỷ đồng, trong khi cùng kỳ lỗ 77,07 tỷ đồng.

Kết quả tích cực đến từ việc LDG không còn kinh doanh dưới giá vốn, giúp lợi nhuận gộp đạt 71,79 tỷ đồng, đảo chiều so với mức âm 24,8 tỷ đồng cùng kỳ. Bên cạnh đó, chi phí tài chính giảm 59%, còn 16,85 tỷ đồng, trong khi lợi nhuận khác tăng đột biến lên 62,06 tỷ đồng, chủ yếu nhờ khoản tiền phạt thu được.

Lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm 2025, LDG đạt doanh thu 202,18 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận sau thuế 15,6 tỷ đồng, đảo chiều so với khoản lỗ 473,2 tỷ đồng cùng kỳ năm trước. Tuy vậy, kết quả này mới giúp doanh nghiệp hoàn thành khoảng 17% kế hoạch lợi nhuận năm (91,56 tỷ đồng).

Tính đến ngày 30/9/2025, LDG vẫn còn lỗ lũy kế 1.329,5 tỷ đồng, tương đương 51,7% vốn điều lệ. Tổng tài sản đạt 6.266,7 tỷ đồng, tăng nhẹ 1,8% so với đầu năm, trong đó các khoản phải thu và hàng tồn kho chiếm tỷ trọng lớn.
