Dự án nhà ở xã hội Khu dân cư Thành Thành Công là dự án thuộc 20% quỹ đất trong khu đô thị, với quy mô gồm 4 tòa nhà chung cư cao 15 tầng, cung cấp 1.130 căn hộ, được xây dựng trên diện tích 3,9ha, diện tích sàn xây dựng 80.000m2, tổng mức đầu tư gần 800 tỷ đồng.

Khi hoàn thành, dự án sẽ đáp ứng chỗ ở cho hơn 3.500 lao động, góp phần hình thành khu đô thị văn minh, hiện đại, đồng bộ về hạ tầng kỹ thuật, hạ tầng xã hội và cảnh quan môi trường.

Khu dân cư TTC tọa lạc tại phường Trảng Bàng, là khu vực cửa ngõ kết nối Tây Ninh với TP.HCM, liền kề khu công nghiệp Thành Thành Công.

Dự án có quy mô hơn 42ha, được quy hoạch theo định hướng khu dân cư - đô thị dịch vụ đồng bộ, gồm nhà phố thương mại, căn hộ, nhà ở xã hội, công viên, trường học, khu thể thao, trung tâm thương mại và công viên nước, đáp ứng nhu cầu an cư lâu dài của người dân và người lao động khu vực lân cận.

Vừa qua, ngày 7/12, Tây Ninh vừa khởi công dự án nhà ở xã hội Green Nestera tại khu đô thị mới Hậu Nghĩa, xã Hậu Nghĩa.

Dự án do Công ty Cổ phần phát triển Thành phố Xanh làm chủ đầu tư, có quy mô 8 toà tháp với tổng 1.467 căn hộ, đảm bảo chỗ ở cho gần 2.300 lao động.

Ngày 7/10, khởi công khu nhà ở xã hội trị giá 1.638 tỷ đồng tại xã Mỹ Hạnh do Công ty cổ phần Phương Mai Long An làm chủ đầu tư.

Dự án gồm 1 tầng hầm mở rộng và 3 tháp chung cư cao 27 tầng, diện tích hơn 5.122m2 với tổng 1.646 căn hộ…

Đến nay, tổng số dự án quy hoạch, bố trí quỹ đất để xây dựng nhà ở xã hội trên địa bàn tỉnh là 73 vị trí, tương ứng khoảng 123.000 căn. Trong đó, có 43 đồ án quy hoạch có bố trí quỹ đất 20% dành để xây dựng nhà ở xã hội với hơn 338ha và 30 vị trí khu đất độc lập dành để phát triển nhà ở xã hội với hơn 232ha.

Hiện tại, Tây Ninh có 26 dự án được chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư với hơn 110ha, quy mô hơn 27.300 căn. Đến nay, có 14 dự án nhà ở xã hội đang triển khai có quy mô gần 10.400 căn.

Hai dự án nhà ở xã hội tại xã Rạch Kiến và xã Mỹ Hạnh vừa được Tây Ninh đưa vào danh mục đủ điều kiện vay vốn ưu đãi 120.000 tỷ đồng. Quyết định này mở ra bước tiến mới cho các dự án nhà ở phục vụ công nhân và người lao động.
