Sở Xây dựng giao Phòng Quản lý Đường thủy chủ trì phối hợp các cơ quan liên quan hướng dẫn nhà đầu tư hoàn tất thủ tục, phấn đấu hoàn thành cải tạo Cầu bến B và Cầu bến C trước Tết Nguyên đán 2026, và xây dựng hai cầu bộ hành trước ngày 30-4-2026.

Dự án được thực hiện theo hình thức đối tác công tư (PPP), hợp đồng BT không yêu cầu thanh toán từ ngân sách.

Ban Quản lý dự án đầu tư xây dựng khu vực Quận 1 sẽ phối hợp UBND phường Sài Gòn và nhà đầu tư chuẩn bị mặt bằng, bảo đảm thi công đúng tiến độ.

Công ty TNHH Thương mại Dịch vụ Great Wealth được đề nghị chủ động phối hợp với các đơn vị để triển khai các thủ tục theo quy định pháp luật.
