Agribank đấu giá khoản nợ 85,84 tỷ đồng của FLC Land
Tài sản bảo đảm là 25 quyền sử dụng đất và tài sản gắn liền với đất tại tỉnh Thanh Hóa, đã được đăng ký giao dịch bảo đảm theo các hợp đồng thế chấp từ năm 2019 và 2021. Giá khởi điểm được Agribank AMC đưa ra là 73,66 tỷ đồng, chưa bao gồm thuế GTGT và các chi phí, nghĩa vụ tài chính khác.
Người tham gia đấu giá sẽ mua khoản nợ theo nguyên trạng và chịu trách nhiệm về tình trạng pháp lý, chất lượng cũng như các rủi ro liên quan. Các bên liên quan không chịu trách nhiệm về những thay đổi thực tế, tranh chấp hay rủi ro pháp lý phát sinh. Người trúng đấu giá sẽ kế thừa mọi quyền và nghĩa vụ liên quan đến khoản nợ và tài sản bảo đảm.
FLC Land được thành lập từ năm 2008, hoạt động trong lĩnh vực bất động sản, với dự án tiêu biểu là FLC Landmark Tower, tổ hợp văn phòng và chung cư cao cấp 32 tầng, gồm 5 tầng văn phòng và 25 tầng chung cư với 300 căn hộ. Tiền thân là Công ty Cổ phần FLC Land, doanh nghiệp đã sáp nhập vào Tập đoàn FLC từ tháng 6/2012 và chuyển đổi thành công ty TNHH một thành viên do Tập đoàn FLC sở hữu 100% vốn điều lệ.

Theo CEO Bùi Hải Huyền, cổ phiếu FLC có thể giao dịch trở lại sớm nhất trên UPCoM vào quý I/2026, sau khi doanh nghiệp phát hành các báo cáo tài chính.
