Hà Tĩnh sắp có thêm dự án bến cảng quốc tế Sơn Dương 8.866 tỷ đồng?

Theo đó, Công ty Cổ phần đầu tư khu công nghiệp Vinhomes Hà Tĩnh đề xuất dự án Bến cảng quốc tế Sơn Dương tại phường Vũng Áng, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh.

Mục tiêu dự án là đầu tư xây dựng bến cảng quốc tế Sơn Dương nhằm từng bước xây dựng hoàn thiện khu bến Sơn Dương theo quy hoạch được duyệt; đầu tư xây dựng bến cảng tổng hợp, container phục vụ cho các hoạt động kinh tế, các khu công nghiệp trên địa bàn tỉnh và vùng lân cận (bao gồm nước Cộng hòa Dân chủ Nhân dân Lào);

Đáp ứng nhu cầu khai thác, vận chuyển hàng hóa trong khu vực; khai thác tối đa lợi thế điều kiện tự nhiên, vị trí địa lý, các dự án hạ tầng giao thông đang đầu tư trong khu vực để phát triển, thúc đẩy kinh tế - xã hội của tỉnh Hà Tĩnh nói riêng, khu vực Miền Trung nói chung.

Dự án có quy mô diện tích sử dụng khoảng 123,5 ha. Trong đó, diện tích khu đất xây dựng bến cảng khoảng 36,53ha; Diện tích khu vực biển khoảng 81,36 ha; diện tích đường giao thông kết nối (sử dụng đất tạm thời) khoảng 5,62 ha.

Quy mô đầu tư: Đầu tư xây dựng 03 cầu cảng, tổng chiều dài 1.050 m tiếp nhận tàu tổng hợp, container trọng tải đến 100.000 tấn; hệ thống kho bãi, hạ tầng phục vụ cảng, khu nước đậu tàu, khu nước kết nối với luồng, vũng quay tàu.

Tổng vốn đầu tư dự kiến của dự án là 8.866 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, vốn chủ sở hữu 1.329,9 tỷ đồng; vốn vay và huy động vốn hợp pháp khác 7.536,1 tỷ đồng.

Thời hạn hoạt động dự án 70 năm, kể từ ngày nhà đầu tư được quyết định giao đất, cho thuê đất.

Tiến độ thực hiện dự án là hoàn thành toàn bộ dự án, đưa dự án vào khai thác, hoạt động trong thời gian 24 tháng, kể từ ngày nhà đầu tư có quyết định giao đất, cho thuê đất, chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất.

Ngoài dự án nói trên, tại Hà Tĩnh Vingroup đã khởi công dự án đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng khu công nghiệp Vinhomes Vũng Áng (thuộc Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng, phường Vũng Áng) vào ngày 19/8 vừa qua. Dự án được định hướng phát triển các ngành công nghiệp nặng như sản xuất lắp ráp ôtô, linh phụ kiện phụ tùng ôtô và các kho logistics.

Khu công nghiệp Vinhomes Vũng Áng có tổng mức đầu tư hơn 13.276 tỷ đồng, do Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Khu công nghiệp Vinhomes Hà Tĩnh làm chủ đầu tư. Với quy mô gần 965 ha, dự án được triển khai tại lô CN4, CN5 thuộc Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng, hứa hẹn sẽ trở thành một trong những khu công nghiệp quy mô lớn bậc nhất khu vực Bắc Trung Bộ.
