Thông tin mới về việc mở rộng Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng tại tỉnh Hà Tĩnh

UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh vừa có văn bản chỉ đạo về việc rà soát, hoàn thiện Đề án mở rộng Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng.

Theo đó, ông Trần Báu Hà, Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh cho biết, việc mở rộng Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng có vai trò, tính chất rất quan trọng, mang tính chiến lược, mở ra không gian, cơ hội cho sự phát triển kinh tế - xã hội của Tỉnh; đã được đưa vào một trong các nhiệm vụ trọng tâm cần phải thực hiện tại Nghị quyết số 09-NQ/TU ngày 22/11/20211 của Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ tỉnh.

Để trình cấp có thẩm quyền dự thảo Đề án đảm bảo chất lượng, có tính thuyết phục cao, khả thi, hiệu quả trong quá trình triển khai thực hiện, Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Hà Tĩnh yêu cầu Ban Quản lý Khu kinh tế tỉnh chủ trì, phối hợp với các đơn vị, địa phương và các cơ quan liên quan tiếp thu ý kiến các đại biểu, kết luận của lãnh đạo UBND tỉnh tại cuộc họp ngày 20/8/2025; khẩn trương hoàn thiện hồ sơ Đề án mở rộng Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng.

Trong đó cần phải đánh giá, làm rõ các điều kiện mở rộng khu kinh tế theo quy định; lựa chọn phạm vi mở rộng, cơ cấu sử dụng đất, quy mô đất công nghiệp tối thiểu đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển; xác định rõ định hướng, mục tiêu, tính chất khu kinh tế mở rộng theo hướng đa ngành, với trọng tâm một số ngành trọng điểm; các dự án hạ tầng kỹ thuật ưu tiên đầu tư; kế hoạch, lộ trình nguồn lực thực hiện;…

Sở Tài chính chủ trì, phối hợp với Ban Quản lý Khu kinh tế tỉnh, các đơn vị, địa phương và các cơ quan liên quan soát xét, đánh giá, thẩm định hồ sơ Đề án nêu trên; căn cứ quy định của pháp luật, định hướng, mục tiêu phát triển của Khu kinh tế Vũng Áng và của cả tỉnh, tham mưu, đề xuất UBND tỉnh báo cáo cấp có thẩm quyền và các nội dung liên quan theo đúng quy định; báo cáo UBND tỉnh trước ngày 15/9/2025.
