IDICO thu hồi tiền, dừng hợp đồng cọc 18 lô đất ở dự án An Phú

IDICO chấm dứt hàng loạt thỏa thuận đặt cọc tại dự án Khu nhà ở An Phú, TP.Thủ Đức

Cụ thể, Nghị quyết nêu rõ việc chấm dứt 11 thỏa thuận đặt cọc ban đầu với các lô đất có mã nền A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, A21, A22, A23, A24, A59 và B46.

Đồng thời, IDICO cũng quyết định chấm dứt các biên bản đặt cọc đã ký với 7 lô đất khác mang mã nền A14, A15, A16, A17, A18, A44 và A48.

Hội đồng quản trị giao Tổng giám đốc thực hiện các thủ tục cần thiết như: ký kết các văn bản thanh lý thỏa thuận cọc, phối hợp pháp lý để đảm bảo chấm dứt đúng quy định, làm việc với các bên để chuyển nhượng lại 11 nền đất nêu trên, yêu cầu thanh toán chi phí sử dụng tài chính nhằm bù đắp chi phí tài chính đi vay của IDICO.

Động thái này được xem là bước đi chủ động của IDICO nhằm thu hồi dòng tiền, điều chỉnh chiến lược đầu tư tại dự án, và chuẩn bị cho các phương án khai thác phù hợp hơn.

Dự án Khu nhà ở An Phú tại TP.Thủ Đức là một trong những quỹ đất chiến lược của IDICO.

Hội đồng quản trị Tổng công ty IDICO - CTCP vừa thông qua chủ trương chấp thuận cho công ty thành viên IDICO-ITC thực hiện vay vốn và thế chấp tài sản để đầu tư dự án Khu công nghiệp Tân Phước 1 tại xã Tân Lập 1, huyện Tân Phước, tỉnh Tiền Giang.

Một trong những “mảnh ghép” lớn nhất trong chiến lược mở rộng của IDICO vừa chính thức lộ diện: Khu công nghiệp Phú Long, tọa lạc trên trục đại lộ Đông Tây Ninh Bình, có tổng vốn đầu tư gần 5.000 tỷ đồng và quy mô hơn 400 ha. Đây từng là vùng đất nông nghiệp chuyên canh cây dứa, nằm cách trung tâm Ninh Bình hơn 30 km.
