Chính phủ thống nhất đầu tư mở rộng sân bay Phú Quốc theo hình thức đầu tư kinh doanh
Chính phủ giao UBND tỉnh Kiên Giang lựa chọn nhà đầu tư trong nước và tổ chức thực hiện dự án đầu tư mở rộng sân bay Phú Quốc bảo đảm phù hợp với tính chất là sân bay dùng chung dân dụng - quân sự.
Đồng thời, Chính phủ phân cấp cho UBND tỉnh Kiên Giang chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư, điều chỉnh chủ trương đầu tư dự án đầu tư mở rộng sân bay Phú Quốc.
Trình tự, thủ tục chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư, điều chỉnh chủ trương đầu tư dự án thực hiện như đối với dự án thuộc thẩm quyền chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư của UBND cấp tỉnh theo quy định của pháp luật về đầu tư.
Ngoài ra, phân cấp cho UBND tỉnh Kiên Giang tổ chức thẩm định, quyết định phê duyệt kết quả thẩm định báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường đối với dự án.
Tổ chức thực hiện thẩm định, phê duyệt thiết kế và nghiệm thu về phòng cháy, chữa cháy đối với các hạng mục công trình của dự án đầu tư mở rộng sân bay Phú Quốc bảo đảm an toàn về phòng cháy, chữa cháy theo đúng quy định.
Chuyển giao kết cấu hạ tầng sân bay Phú Quốc cho UBND tỉnh Kiên Giang quản lý
Chính phủ cũng thống nhất việc thu hồi và chuyển giao nguyên trạng tài sản kết cấu hạ tầng sân bay Phú Quốc do Nhà nước đầu tư, quản lý từ Bộ Xây dựng về UBND tỉnh Kiên Giang quản lý, xử lý và tổ chức thực hiện dự án đầu tư mở rộng sân bay Phú Quốc.
Việc chuyển giao tài sản kết cấu hạ tầng của sân bay này về địa phương quản lý, xử lý không áp dụng đối với tài sản do Tổng công ty Cảng hàng không - CTCP (ACV) quản lý được xây dựng trên diện tích đất quốc phòng, an ninh, đất do quân sự quản lý (nếu có) theo quy hoạch được Bộ Xây dựng phê duyệt.
Bộ trưởng Bộ Xây dựng quyết định thu hồi và chuyển giao tài sản kết cấu hạ tầng sân bay Phú Quốc do Nhà nước đầu tư, quản lý về UBND tỉnh Kiên Giang quản lý, xử lý theo trình tự:
- Chỉ đạo tổ chức rà soát, lập Danh mục tài sản kết cấu hạ tầng sân bay Phú Quốc do ACV đang được giao quản lý theo hình thức không tính thành phần vốn nhà nước tại doanh nghiệp.
- Quyết định thu hồi và chuyển giao tài sản kết cấu hạ tầng sân bay Phú Quốc do Nhà nước đầu tư về UBND tỉnh Kiên Giang để thực hiện đầu tư dự án mở rộng sân bay Phú Quốc phục vụ Hội nghị APEC 2027.
Chính phủ yêu cầu UBND tỉnh Kiên Giang tổ chức thực hiện tiếp nhận tài sản kết cấu hạ tầng sân bay Phú Quốc do Nhà nước đầu tư, quản lý để quản lý, xử lý và thực hiện dự án đầu tư mở rộng sân bay Phú Quốc.
Cần có cơ chế đặc thù để thực hiện các công trình phục vụ APEC 2027
Chiều 4/5, tại Trụ sở Chính phủ, Phó Thủ tướng Nguyễn Chí Dũng chủ trì họp giao nhiệm vụ chuẩn bị các dự án, công trình phục vụ tổ chức Hội nghị APEC 2027.
Tăng tốc nâng cấp sân bay Phú Quốc phục vụ APEC 2027
Để phục vụ sự kiện lớn APEC 2027, tỉnh Kiên Giang đang đầu tư hàng loạt dự án trọng điểm. Trong đó, sân bay Phú Quốc được mở rộng thêm 1 đường cất hạ cạnh thứ 2 dài 3,3 km, xây mới nhà ga T2 (ga quốc tế) với công suất 20 triệu lượt khách, nhà ga VIP cùng sân đỗ máy bay 70 chỗ.
