Phúc Thọ đấu giá lô đất nông nghiệp hơn 10ha, chốt sổ cuối tháng 4

Đây là động thái được kỳ vọng sẽ vừa tăng nguồn thu ngân sách, vừa khai thác hiệu quả quỹ đất “vàng” phục vụ nông nghiệp địa phương.

Theo UBND xã Nam Hà, phiên đấu giá quyền thuê 8 thửa đất nông nghiệp công ích sẽ được tổ chức vào ngày 28/4/2025 tại Hội trường UBND xã Hát Môn. Tổng diện tích đấu giá lên đến 10,2ha, mỗi thửa từ 1– 3ha, phục vụ mục đích sản xuất nông nghiệp, trồng cây hàng năm và nuôi trồng thủy sản.

Đây là những khu đất có tiềm năng canh tác tốt, phù hợp với các tổ chức, cá nhân muốn đầu tư lâu dài vào sản xuất nông nghiệp hiện đại.

Tổ chức có nhu cầu tham gia đấu giá có thể nộp hồ sơ tại Bộ phận Một cửa – UBND xã Hát Môn từ nay đến hết ngày 24/4/2025. UBND xã Nam Hà cũng sẽ tổ chức tham quan thực địa trong 2 ngày 21 và 22/4.

Đại diện UBND xã Nam Hà – ông Nguyễn Đức Trung, Phó Chủ tịch UBND xã – cho biết: “Việc đấu giá quyền thuê đất nông nghiệp công ích không chỉ là cách tăng thu ngân sách mà còn nhằm đưa quỹ đất vào khai thác hiệu quả, giúp người dân nâng cao thu nhập”.

Trước đó, UBND huyện Phúc Thọ đã ban hành Quyết định số 5726/QĐ-UBND, trao quyền cho UBND cấp xã được phê duyệt phương án và giá khởi điểm đấu giá quyền sử dụng đất nông nghiệp công ích.
