Chủ tịch UBND TP.HCM vừa ban hành Quyết định về giao nhiệm vụ lập Báo cáo nghiên cứu tiền khả thi dự án xây dựng cầu đường Bình Tiên (từ đường Phạm Văn Chí đến đường Nguyễn Văn Linh), theo PLO.
Dự án cầu đường Bình Tiên tại TP.HCM là một trong những công trình hạ tầng giao thông trọng điểm, được kỳ vọng sẽ giảm tải áp lực giao thông và thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế - xã hội khu vực phía Tây Nam thành phố.
Dự án cầu đường Bình Tiên có chiều dài khoảng 3,2 km, bắt đầu từ nút giao đường Bình Tiên với đường Phạm Văn Chí, quận 6. Điểm cuối tại nút giao với đường Nguyễn Văn Linh, huyện Bình Chánh.
Dự án có tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 6.800 tỷ đồng. Tuyến đường đi qua quận 6, quận 8 và huyện Bình Chánh, với tổng cộng 398 hộ dân bị ảnh hưởng; trong đó, 189 hộ bị giải tỏa một phần và 200 hộ bị giải tỏa toàn bộ.
Dự án cầu đường Bình Tiên được lên kế hoạch đầu tư từ hơn 15 năm trước, nhưng vì nhiều lý do nên chưa được khởi công.
Cụ thể, vào năm 2010, Thủ tướng Chính phủ đồng ý cho TP.HCM quyết định hình thức lựa chọn nhà đầu tư cho dự án cầu đường Bình Tiên.
Năm 2011, UBND TP.HCM phê duyệt dự án theo hình thức hợp đồng BT (xây dựng - chuyển giao) với tổng mức đầu tư 2.382 tỷ đồng.
Đến năm 2018, dự án được điều chỉnh tổng mức đầu tư lên 2.607 tỷ đồng và ký thỏa thuận đầu tư với bốn nhà đầu tư.
Tuy nhiên, năm 2020, Quốc hội thông qua Luật Đầu tư theo phương thức đối tác công tư (PPP), trong đó bỏ hình thức đầu tư BT, dẫn đến việc dự án phải xem xét lại hình thức đầu tư.
UBND TP.HCM quyết định dừng thực hiện dự án theo hình thức BT vào năm 2022. Sau đó một năm, thành phố quyết định đưa dự án quan trong này vào danh mục các dự án hạ tầng ưu tiên đầu tư giai đoạn 2021-2030 của thành phố.
Dự án cầu Bình Tiên khi hoàn thành, sẽ tạo ra trục giao thông mới, kết nối trung tâm TP.HCM với quận 6, quận 8 và huyện Bình Chánh, đồng thời giảm tải cho các tuyến đường hiện hữu như Võ Văn Kiệt và Nguyễn Văn Linh.
Dự án cũng góp phần chỉnh trang đô thị, thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế - xã hội khu vực phía Tây Nam thành phố và tăng cường liên kết vùng giữa TP.HCM với các tỉnh Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long.
Việc triển khai dự án cầu đường Bình Tiên không chỉ giải quyết vấn đề ùn tắc giao thông mà còn mở ra cơ hội phát triển mới cho khu vực phía Tây Nam TP.HCM, đáp ứng nhu cầu đi lại và phát triển kinh tế của người dân.

Chủ tịch UBND TP.HCM Phan Văn Mãi vừa ký công văn khẩn chấp thuận chủ trương dừng thực hiện dự án Đầu tư xây dựng cầu đường Bình Tiên theo hình thức Hợp đồng xây dựng - chuyển giao (BT) theo đề nghị của của Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư.

CafeLand – Dự án xây dựng cầu đường Bình Tiên nối quận 6 với quận 8 có tổng mức đầu tư 3.508 tỷ đồng sẽ được thực hiện từ năm 2016 – 2020.
