Nhiều dự án du lịch trên tuyến Quy Nhơn - Sông Cầu
Theo đó, UBND tỉnh Bình Định đã điều chỉnh tiến độ thực hiện dự án Điểm du lịch số 2A tại tuyến Quy Nhơn - Sông Cầu từ 44 tháng lên thành 80 tháng.
Cụ thể, từ quý 01/2021 - quý 2/2026, thực hiện và hoàn thành các thủ tục đầu tư, giải phóng mặt bằng, đất đai và xây dựng.
Từ quý 3/2025 - tháng 8/2027, khởi công xây dựng, hoàn thành dự án và đi vào hoạt động.
UBND tỉnh Bình Định yêu cầu Công ty TNHH Phoenix Mountain tập trung nguồn lực tài chính, khẩn trương triển khai dự án, đảm bảo tiến độ thực hiện để dự án sớm hoàn thành và đi vào hoạt động.
Trước đó, ngày 29/01/2021, UBND tỉnh Bình Định ban hành Quyết định số 374/QĐ-UBND về việc chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư dự án Điểm du lịch số 2A, tại tuyến Quy Nhơn - Sông Cầu, phường Ghềnh Ráng, thành phố Quy Nhơn, do Công ty CP Bamboo Capital và Công ty CP Du lịch Casa Marina Resort làm chủ đầu tư.
Dự án có quy mô khoảng 33,5 ha, được đầu tư với tổng vốn 1.030 tỉ đồng. Mục tiêu đầu tư dự án nhằm triển khai, thực hiện đồ án quy hoạch điều chỉnh 1/2000 Các điểm du lịch - dịch vụ dọc tuyến đường Quy Nhơn - Sông Cầu, thành phố Quy Nhơn.
Đồng thời, tận dụng thế mạnh về cảnh quan đặc thù tại khu vực, quy hoạch xây dựng khu du lịch nghỉ dưỡng, góp phần xây dựng thương hiệu du lịch Quy Nhơn - Bình Định.
Đến ngày 3/11/2021, UBND tỉnh Bình Định ban hành Quyết định số 4391/QĐ-UBND về việc công nhận doanh nghiệp dự án đối với dự án Điểm du lịch số 2A, tuyến Quy Nhơn - Sông Cầu, thành phố Quy Nhơn.
Tại quyết định này, UBND tỉnh Bình Định công nhận Công ty TNHH Phoenix Mountain là doanh nghiệp dự án thực hiện dự án Điểm du lịch số 2A, tuyến Quy Nhơn - Sông Cầu, thành phố Quy Nhơn.
Đồng thời, công nhận Công ty TNHH Phoenix Mountain là nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án (thay cho Liên danh Công ty CP Bamboo Capital và Công ty CP Du lịch Casa Marina Resort) nhằm mục đích chuyên trách nhiệm vụ trực tiếp đầu tư xây dựng, quản lý kinh doanh dự án theo quy định.
Doanh nghiệp dự án có trách nhiệm hạch toán chi phí đã bỏ ra cho dự án của các bên liên danh thành vốn góp vào doanh nghiệp dự án và đảm bảo đủ vốn góp của các bên theo quy định của pháp luật.

Danh sách 13 dự án chung cư chưa đủ điều kiện mở bán tại Bình Định
Theo danh sách cập nhật mới nhất của Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Bình Định, đến tháng 9/2024, trên địa bàn tỉnh có 13 dự án nhà ở chung cư chưa đủ điều kiện mở bán. Trong số này, có 5 dự án nhà ở thương mai, 8 dự án còn lại là nhà ở xã hội.
