Đự án Cụm công nghiệp Nam Phúc Thọ (giai đoạn 1) đã đủ điều kiện để tổ chức khởi công.
Dự án Cụm công nghiệp Nam Phúc Thọ (giai đoạn 1) được UBND TP. Hà Nội phê duyệt từ năm 2020 với quy mô diện tích 41,7ha, nằm trên hai địa bàn xã Ngọc Tảo và Tam Hiệp.
Tổng mức đầu tư dự án gần 780 tỷ đồng. Chủ đầu tư của dự án là Công ty CP Tập đoàn T&T.
Đây là dự án có quy mô diện tích lớn nhất trong tổng số 6 dự án cụm công nghiệp tại huyện Phúc Thọ được UBND TP Hà Nội phê duyệt vào năm 2020.
Đến nay, toàn bộ diện tích liên quan đến các hộ dân đã được giải phóng mặt bằng. UBND huyện Phúc Thọ đã giao toàn bộ mặt bằng cho chủ đầu tư.
Được biết, dự án Cụm công nghiệp Nam Phúc Thọ (giai đoạn 1) đã được UBND huyện phê duyệt Quy hoạch chi tiết tỷ lệ 1/500 và đã được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt chuyển đổi đất lúa.
Ngoài ra, dự án cũng đã được phê duyệt báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường, báo cáo nghiên cứu khả thi; hoàn thành việc thoả thuận đấu nối hạ tầng, thẩm định của các sở, ngành: cấp điện, nước sạch, đấu nối giao thông, thoát nước mưa, nước thải.
Những khó khăn của dự án là việc hoàn thiện hồ sơ giao, cho thuê đất và thỏa thuận với Công ty Điện lực huyện Phúc Thọ đã được tháo gỡ. Đến nay, dự án Cụm công nghiệp Nam Phúc Thọ (giai đoạn 1) đã đủ điều kiện để tổ chức khởi công.
Cụm công nghiệp Nam Phúc Thọ giai đoạn 1 là cụm công nghiệp đa ngành nghề, có tính chất công nghệ kỹ thuật và giá trị gia tăng cao, tham gia vào chuỗi giá trị toàn cầu và ít gây ô nhiễm. Cụm công nghiệp được thành lập với kỳ vọng sẽ tạo điều kiện thu hút đầu tư, góp phần chuyển dịch cơ cấu lao động từ nông nghiệp sang công nghiệp, nâng cao thu nhập cho người dân và thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế - xã hội của huyện Phúc Thọ.
Khởi công Cụm công nghiệp hơn 50ha tại Hải Phòng
Sáng 18/5, Cụm công nghiệp Tiên Cường II tại huyện Tiên Lãng, TP.Hải Phòng, do Công ty cổ phần Đầu tư hạ tầng Khu công nghiệp Tiến Phát làm chủ đầu tư đã chính thức khởi công.
